On Tuesday, May 15, 2018, Kevin M. Hensley will be co-presenting a live webcast, “Drafting Winning Motions in a Civil Lawsuit” at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE).

This seminar combines lectures aimed at the strategic, written, and oral aspects of motion practice with the perspectives from both expert trial practitioners and the bench. The faculty members address some of the practical and strategic aspects of written motion practice and reveal the skills of oral argument required for effective advocacy. You learn how to argue a motion persuasively and meritoriously, and you walk away with the secrets of successful motion practice and with the confidence to become a better oral advocate.
