An association of attorneys defending the interests of business and individuals in civil litigation, DCRI includes lawyers engaged in private practice, corporate counsel and insurance company counsel. In her role, Allison will work with the board to fulfill its mission to enhance the skills, effectiveness and professionalism of civil defense lawyers through the provision of resources, continuing legal education and opportunities for collegiality.
Allison is an experienced civil litigator with a focus on medical and professional liability defense and aging services litigation. She represents medical and nursing professionals before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and licensing boards in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
