Paige E. Macnie

Paige Macnie focuses her practice on corporate transactions, business counseling, and regulatory compliance matters. She advises clients on a range of business and operational issues, including corporate governance, compliance, and strategic transactions. Her experience includes representing a large manufacturing corporation in a complex M&A transaction involving a multi-disciplinary team that successfully closed a nearly $50 million acquisition.

In addition to her corporate practice, Paige represents clients in commercial litigation matters through all stages of the dispute process, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, trial preparation, and appeals.

Prior to joining Barton Gilman, Paige practiced at a Rhode Island-based law firm for five years, where she gained experience handling a broad range of business and litigation matters.
