Gerald leads initiatives to enhance financial reporting, cash flow
management, payroll operations, and client escrow oversight.
A forward-thinking administrator and skilled negotiator, Gerald has
successfully implemented system upgrades, including case management software conversions, to improve operational efficiency.
He regularly secures favorable vendor agreements and partners with
IT providers to modernize infrastructure and strengthen
cybersecurity.
Known for his performance-driven approach, Gerald has developed
custom metrics to monitor revenue, expenses, and overall firm
productivity, supporting strategic decision-making and sustainable
growth.
Prior to joining the firm, Gerald spent more than 30 years in senior
finance and administrator roles at New England law firms.
