UCAP is an alternative public school in Providence serving middle school students who are at risk for dropping out of school. The Fund for UCAP, established in 2007, is a private non-profit corporation that raises, holds, and invests funds for UCAP student programs, capital needs, staff incentives, and special initiatives.
“I am honored to serve on the Fund for UCAP board of directors,” said Plain, who maintains an active school law practice. “UCAP serves a vital role in assisting at-risk students, and I am pleased to help in any way I can.”
