Barton Gilman attorney, Gregory N. Hoffman, has been awarded a coveted scholarship from The Edward P. Gallogly Family Law Inns of Court to attend the Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute.
Working in partnership with the American Bar Association’s Section of Family Law, the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA)’s family law program covers all of the skills used in a divorce proceeding, including the examination of fact and expert witnesses, introduction of exhibits, making and meeting objections, opening statement and closing argument. NITA is the world-wide leader in advocacy skills training with forty years of educational leadership.
The program, being held from July 13 -20, 2019 in Boulder, Colorado, is only open to a limited group of no more than fifty-six (56) participants.
