Eve J. Brown has joined Barton Gilman’s growing intellectual property practice as Of Counsel.
Eve is an experienced intellectual property attorney, professor, speaker, and author. She has taught entrepreneurship and intellectual property law at MIT, Boston University, Boston College, Northeastern University, Suffolk University, and Indiana University. Eve currently holds an Assistant Professorship in the School of Justice Studies at Roger Williams University teaching Intellectual Property Law, Legal Ethics & Professional Responsibility, and Shakespeare & Law.
Eve is a passionate advocate for her clients, helping creative artists and business owners in the film, music, literary, theatre, craft food and beverage, software, nonprofit, and product innovation industries develop, launch, leverage, and defend their ventures. Prior to joining the firm, Eve was the founder and principal of Bricolage Law, LLC.
Eve earned her J.D. from the University of California at Davis School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from Skidmore College. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and California.
